We have opted for Sambucca Traditional roof tiles, Smoke brick (at an extra cost), black window frames, monument gutters, sandbank downpipe and rainwater tank, western cedar front door and western cedar garage door. We are doing the driveway ourselves, as we have been given just over $5000 as a credit for getting it done ourselves after handover. The brick colour didn't come out in the first pic, so I have posted a pic of the bricks themselves at PGH, which we visited a number of times.
Hi Amanda-really like you choose of colour and i love the PGH smoke too but i am sure that is not the in builder standard range as we build with Coral homes atm can you able to tell me how much you have to pay for use smoke for your whole house? I was thinking the cheaper way for me to do is use smoke to the front of house and choose very similar colour for the rest do you know any colour in the standard range close to smoke ? many thanks
