PCI day!

Very happy with the home, Eden Brae really do build a beautiful home! Only a few small touch ups with paint, and hopefully have settlement in about 2 and a half weeks which was advised by our SS. I'm going to start packing this weekend!! :)

Things were moving a little slowly, but we are finally starting to pick up again :)

Almost all internal jobs are done!

We are booked in to have our PCI Inspection this Friday 23rd May, so exciting!!!

We also no longer have a fence as of today!

Things are moving slowly now....

The painters started last week, and in one day, they did the whole house first coat, and the second coat won't be finished until the end of this week.

We have contacted our SS to see if he has a rough idea on a completion date, as things were moving quite quickly, and he has advised our contract has a PCI date of July, which is bizarre to me, we started construction in December, and were advised the build would take 6 months. We will have to see if things start picking up again, I just want to move in already!

Just received an email from our SS advising the painters have started! Can't wait to go and have a sneak peak this afternoon :) Will upload any photos I can take!

From what we can see, there doesn't look like much left to do, but apparently there is still a fair way to go, cannot wait to get those keys!

We paid extra to have the long rectangular drain with the tile insert for our ensuite but they have missed that,  which will be getting fixed.

I must admit, im getting slower at uploading photos to the blog, but things are happening quickly! The frame is complete, windows and doors are in and our bricks were delivered! 

Our frame is done!!!!!

The tradies did it in a day, very quick!  Recieved an email from our SS to let us know the update! Very exciting!!!
